If the person has a history of job hopping very frequently then you have to worry that your company is just being used to get a pay hike.

It is best that you conduct the interview in a relaxed manner so that you get the opportunity to know your prospective employees better. Make sure that you do not rush through the process because you might lose out on employing people with lots of talent because of this.
